6 Week Challenge - October / November 2019

It may be our first and only challenge in 2019, but importantly, it will pave the way for future challenges in 2020. This is just the beginning as we continue to implement exciting changes to what we believe will suit all members, regardless of what your goals and aspirations are. Our members have talked and we will continue to listen; gathering your feedback on previous challenges, as well as changes and options you would like to see included for future ones.

Depending on your goals and what you want to achieve, we have a broad range of meal plan options available to you for each challenge. We have covered all bases and believe one of these will be exactly what you need to give yourself the best chance at the results you want, with cost effective options for all.

Dates of Events

  • First Scan and ‘Before’ Photos
    Scans will be held by SABA on Friday 4th of October from 4pm to 6pm.

    The SABA web portal will allow you to book in your preferred time slot. $60 will cover the cost of both your Before and After scans, and can be paid on the day of the first scan. There is usually a cost of $44 per scan, so this is a discounted rate for District 5 members.
  • Introducing The Shred Zone Round 1!
    Challenge your mind and challenge your body! Break past those mental barriers to unleash your inner beast, as you set your baseline fitness levels on Sunday 6th of October at 9am.
    This will be a chance to complete a series of stations/exercises that test both strength, cardio, and reps achieved over a certain time period. You will partner up and count each other’s reps over a specified time slot, swapping over with your partner at the midway point after yourself or they have completed their lap.
  • Second Scan and ‘After’ Photos
    SABA will be back at the studio to conduct your final scans on Friday 15th of November from 4pm to 6pm.
  • The Shred Zone Round 2!
    To measure your improvements, you’ll then complete the same routine as Round 1 again in the last weekend of the challenge. After 6 weeks of hard work and dedication, you’ll be able compare past scores and see just how much you have improved! This will be held on Sunday 17th of November at 9am.
  • End of Challenge Event / Christmas Catch-Up
    To celebrate your successes, this event will be held on Saturday 23rd of November. Details of location and time to be advised, with winners to be announced at the event!

Meal Plan Options

Depending on your goals and what you want to achieve, please see the review the options available to you for this challenge. We have covered all bases and believe one of these will be exactly what you need to give yourself the best chance at the results you want, with cost effective options for all.

  • Option 1
    We have partnered up with Jack Greens and their fantastic menu, available for you to order online at your own cost, and then pick up from two locations in the city throughout the challenge. You may choose to use this in conjunction with your own healthy eating plan, if you already have something to follow. Or use it in along with one of the other options below and or cook and meal prep yourself.
  • Option 2 
    We have invested time and effort in working with our in-house Nutrition Specialist to provide you with meal plan for the following options. These will be given to you at no charge, as a benefit of being a District 5 member.

    There are Vegan and Vegetarian choices available for all options, so if applicable, please specify this when replying.

    All meal plan options have been separated and categorised for both Males and Females.
    • Fat Loss Focus
    • Strength / Muscle Gain Focus
    • Performance and Maintenance Focus (can also be used outside of the challenge)
  • Option 3
    Before and After Scans plus an Individualised Meal Plan package for $150 per person.

    This is a fantastic opportunity to meet one-on-one with our in-house Nutrition Specialist, where you’ll have a meal plan created specifically for you and your goals. He will send out a pre-screen email once you contact him, and then organise a time to meet prior to the start date, allowing time for you to plan and prepare your meals.

    If you choose this option, we will email back all relevant information required to meet with him and you will still need to book in your scans using the link above.
