Level Up is a resistance based class like nothing you've ever experienced before. Designed around the idea of a video game and reaching higher levels with more difficulty. This class is fun and exciting, not to mention a fresh new concept for members to enjoy!
Begin your session in 1 of 4 groups dedicated to a single piece of equipment (ie: dumbbells for group 1, kettlebells for group 2, sandbags for group 3, etc). Your group will complete 8 working sets, using the same piece of equipment the entire time (NO you cannot go lighter when the exercises get tougher).
The first 2 sets will be performing a basic exercise that most people will be accustomed to if they have participated in one of our classes before. After completing sets 1 and 2, members will then "Level up" and complete the following 2 sets of a similar but more challenging movement.
By the time we "Level Up" to sets 7 and 8 (aka max Level 4), members will be performing a complicated, full body resistance movement that will surely have them worthy of pressing pause for a well deserved hydration break.
