WELCOME TO THE JUNGLE! Not so fun and not so many games!

A workout based entirely on primal and animal movements.

Members will complete 3 sets in a row of 10 different exercises laid out in a loop around the room, for a single lap. The 30 sets total will be finished with a long gruelling 2 minute time in the Red Zone to finish this brutal class.

The whole aspect of this workout is designed to have our members moving more freely like the beasts we were born to be. Run, jump, push, pull, squat, and hinge your way to the King Kong level of strength that we all know is deep inside you.

But remember… The Jungle is a dangerous place if you come unprepared.
