The Summit is a Cardio based class with pyramid timing, designed to push your anaerobic system to its maximum threshold. Like climbing to "The Summit".

Firstly we go up and then we come down. The Summit is a full room circuit, set out in a loop. The first lap will see the timing pyramid rise up and then come down on the second lap through.
